MOBAT Quantity Surveying Consultants and Project Managers is a registered Quanitity Surveying Organization(Firm) with Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors(NIQS). It came into existence fifteen(15) years ago. MOBAT manages Building Construction projects and Design in Nigeria. Notably among them is the Yankari Holiday Resort and Safari Project that was given to the Organization by Bauchi State Government, Nigeria. The organization was also involved in consultancy works for Federal Government. The Building of Central Bank Branch at Kano was given to MOBAT as Consultant Quantity Surveyors on the Project. Presently, the Organization is the Consultant Project Manager to Central Bank of Nigeria's construction projects.

It also manages the construction of Ministry of Land and Housing Office Blocks for Jigawa State Government, Nigeria.

Had a terrible experience in getting Moroccan visa. I applied for it( conference visa), but the Moroccan embassy were not cooperative. They refused to give me visa even when I showed them a return ticket that was bought forme by the organizers( American Institute for Maghreb Studies(AIMS) and West African Research Association(WARA). The main reason for non-issuance of visa by Moroccan embassy was not given to me uptil today. They simply frustrated my effort. The organizers had no choice than to commisserate with me by giving me a Lifetime member with West African Research Association, because of the ill-treatment I received fromthe Moroccan people at the embassy.
